Fellows Induction is managed via a multi-stage induction process.
Admission is strictly referral-based. Candidates must be formally vouched for by an active YEC Cabinet Member, an authorized YOLO Ecosystem Stakeholder, or a verified Institutional Partner.
Our board conducts a professional audit to ensure the candidate’s trajectory aligns with our UN SDG 8 mandate and high-velocity leadership standards.
Upon unanimous Cabinet approval, the candidate is formally inducted into the Chamber, granting immediate access to the UN Bridge and our Executive Intelligence network.
